DAYS OF OPERATION:

Business days is MONDAY-FRIDAY. Closed on weekends and all major holidays. Out of office days are not included in the turnaround timeframe. Out of office days are posted in advance.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Peak season turnaround time is 3-7 business days. Particular items do have an extended turnaround time, product details is to be reviewed. Turnaround time does NOT include shipping time, weekends, holidays nor the first day you placed your order. Please be mindful and order accordingly. 

DESIGN PROOF:  

If you would like a proof approval, be sure to request that in the note box at checkout. No proof needed or yes proof needed suffices. Empty box = no proof. No redos nor refunds if the customer fails to request their proof. This change has taken place due to unresponsive customers or lack of email correction. This causes extended turnaround time/rushing to meet customer’s deadlines and confusion of how to get in contact with the customer.

BULK ORDERING:

Bulk discounting starts at a minimum of 15 or more shirts; ADULTS only. This is $3 off each shirt. Pricing is based on sizing so please review product sizing and pricing to determine pricing after the bulk discount deduction. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation must be requested within 12 hours of the order being placed. 

LARGE ITEMS:

Grave blankets, banners and backdrops can be requested with completed design or design services needed.

If you upload a completed design you will be responsible for your file resolution etc. Be sure for the best results to design your file in the requested print size needed. 

LOCAL PICKUP:

You will receive a confirmation email AND/OR text when your order is ready for local porch pickup or has shipped. Please pickup in a timely manner, within a 48 hour window; we will hold your items up to 7 days from the date of notice. 

Inquiring:
When inquiring please be detailed in your inquiry. What you would like .. When you need it by .. Quantity .. etc.

If you request to have something done by a certain date IF ordered by a certain date, the order would need to be placed no later than 24 hours after that inquiry - not days or weeks later thinking the agreement still stands.

Sharing Photos of Work:

PRESSEDinks have the right to post mock ups, final products, and/or share any photos posted on socials media of PRESSEDinks work on anyone of my social media platforms - at anytime unless customer advise of a post hold until a certain date.

3D/ALL OVER SHIRTS:

ALL OVER/3D SHIRTS: Please note inconsistencies can occur during production. Also when t-shirt isn’t laying consistently flat when pressing, it can cause white ceasing/ghosting. You ordering is you agreeing to this production warning.

INSPO PHOTOS:

Please understand, when sending in inspirations photos, I cannot promise it'll be EXACT but I'll get as close as possible.

We DO NOT offer copyrighted designs. i.e. NFL, NBA, MOVIES, etc. unless PRESSEDinks is hosting a giveaway which means the item is free and nothing is being sold.

All policies applies to online independently placed orders and invoice orders. Website and policies are open to the public 24/7 whether the customer is invoiced or not.
